Community Leadership

The CLD wheel is made up of people with hearts that are towards serving the Lord and helping others within our community, to reach their goal for their ministry.

C - Helping to build and enjoy community life, learning how to care for one another, providing opportunities for God to speak to us in worship, prayer and our corporate gatherings.

L -Giving people the opportunities to develop their leadership skills within the functioning of our YWAM base, communicating effectively with others and working in a team.

D - Co-Creating with God new initiatives that would help our community to develop and prepare for their perspective ministries.

Staff Vacancies/Opportunities

Accounting: Activating the skills of how to manage personal and base finances, developing your skills in working with computer accounting software, how to receipt and bank.

Maintenance and Kitchen: Know how to cook for a party of 5? How about a party of 75? Maintenance and kitchen would not normally go together but here we see them both as "self sufficiency" tools. You learn life skills in these two departments that are very key for ones autonomy and future field work

Administration: When you call up a business for information or to be passed onto a person, it's always lovely to be welcomed by a friendly voice. We really value the way people are treated when they call or visit, this is and area where you can really shine in people skills.

Serving others: "Learn from the experience of others who have gone before you." We see personal assistance as a time of you gleaning what you can from those who you serve under, to mentor and develop you for future ministry.

Hospitality: Are people your passion? Do you love to make a person feel like they are at home even if they are from a separate continent all together? What an opportunity to serve others in hospitality - we have many visitors and guest speakers come through our doors and we love to make them feel a part of our community.
